The Church on the Corner, 1981

The church on the northeast corner of Mass. Ave. and Beacon Street had burned some time before 1981.  I got the impression that it had been a few years.  Perhaps the slow economy of the time impaired the finances for rebuilding it.

When Debra and I walked along Beacon Street in 2018, it appeared that the church site had been converted to residences.
